Call for Abstracts
Submission Deadline: 11 February 2008, 11:59 pm EST
Abstract Submission is now closed.
Thank you to all who submitted!
Prenatal diagnosis and therapy professionals in all disciplines were encouraged
to submit abstracts for presentation. Abstracts will be reviewed
and selected for presentation based on importance and timeliness of topic,
scientific rigor,
appropriate analytic approach, meaningful findings, applicability to
the conference topic and clarity of writing. Notice of acceptance will
be made to the corresponding
author in March 2008.
The best presentations from the meeting will be published in a special issue
of the journal Prenatal Diagnosis (John Wiley & Sons). Authors of accepted abstracts should
be prepared to submit a manuscript immediately following the meeting for consideration
of inclusion in the meeting issue. All submitted papers will undergo peer
review. In addition, ISPD offers an award for the best abstract presented
by an author less than 40 years of age at the time of the conference (1 – 4
June 2008).
