Abstract Submission Instructions (PDF)
Submission Deadline: 11:59 pm EST, 22 February 2012

Prenatal diagnosis and therapy professionals in all disciplines are encouraged to submit abstracts for presentation at the 16th International Conference on Prenatal Diagnosis. Abstracts will be reviewed and selected for oral or poster presentation based on importance and timeliness of topic, scientific rigor, appropriate analytic approach, meaningful findings, applicability to the conference topic and clarity of writing. Notice of acceptance will be made to the corresponding author by 30 March 2012.

In formulating your abstract, please refer to the Abstract Guidelines below, and also refer to the list of confirmed speakers and preconference courses.

Abstracts accepted for presentation will be published in a supplement to the journal Prenatal Diagnosis (Wiley). In addition, the best presentations from the meeting will be published in a special meeting issue of the Prenatal Diagnosis.  Authors should be prepared to submit a manuscript immediately following the meeting for consideration of inclusion in the meeting issue. All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review.  In addition, ISPD offers an award for the best abstract presented by an author less than 40 years of age at the time of the conference (3 – 6 June 2012).
