Past Conferences
The International Society for Prenatal Diagnosis developed out of the meetings of the International Congresses on Early Prenatal Diagnosis.
In 1988, Dr. Aris Antsaklis hosted the Fourth Congress, an expanded, well-attended meeting in Athens. This was followed by other highly successful meetings, such as the ones in Prague (1990, hosted by Milan Macek), in Milan (1992, hosted by Bruno Brambati), and in Jerusalem (1994, hosted by Haim Zakut).
With its founding in 1996, ISPD began organizing the International Conference on Prenatal Diagnosis and Therapy. Past conferences are summarized below. The 24th International Conference that had been scheduled to take place in Montréal in June 2020 was cancelled because of the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) global pandemic.
Conference recordings from 2015 on are available for conference registrants to access in the ISPD Conference Recordings Library. Recordings from the 2021 conference also may be purchased through the link provided below.
